Description

An upright tree with mid-green leaves; narrow goblet-shaped purple-red flowers outside and paler inside produced from dark purple-red buds in mid-spring. Max Height 4m. Max Spread 3m. Flowers April to May. Full Sun/Partial Shade. Hardy. Back-fill with soil mixed with peat substitute and a suitable fertiliser.
